Please note, large-scale statues and NSFW products are not included by default but can be requested using our “Make a Wish” feature. If, in the rare case, we don’t have enough products to fulfill your box, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Final Sale – No Change of Mind Refunds or Exchanges: All Mystery Box purchases are final. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind after purchase.

Product Selection and Availability: The contents of each Mystery Box are randomly selected from items related to the purchased IP category. While we strive to meet expectations, specific product inclusion is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. The “Make a Wish” feature is a non-binding request and fulfillment depends on available stock at the time of packing.

Make a Wish Feature: Customers can provide 1-2 general keywords related to their favorite character or series. We will try to fulfill the request, but this is not guaranteed. Specific requests outside our available product range may not be fulfilled.

Bonus Value: Every Mystery Box is guaranteed to contain items that exceed the box’s purchase price by an additional 5-20% in retail value.

Adding Extra Value: Customers have the option to increase the value of their Mystery Box by adding between $20 and $500 AUD. This will increase the quantity and/or quality of the items. Please note, this extra amount is non-refundable and does not guarantee specific products.

Defective or Damaged Products: If any item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or alternative solution.

Satisfaction Guarantee: While Mystery Boxes are non-refundable for change of mind, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your box, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
